30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return for parts, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as when it was received

The item must be unused and unworn

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Most of our products offer a 3-12 month warranty. Please refer to the product details for the specific warranty period. Each product has a different warranty period. If you encounter any problems during the warranty period, please contact us!

Our warranty covers hardware failure, software failure, damage before product shipment, natural product failure, etc., such as diagnostic tools, ECU, ECM and various accessories cannot match your device, cannot be recognized, etc.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges.
